Job summary

CVS Health, through Omnicare, seeks a Consultant Pharmacist to support long-term care facilities across Georgia. Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in GA in good standing.
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinically oriented pharmacist with LTC exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) per regulation or contract.
• Conduct executive reviews and customer meetings.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and requirements.
• Identify and address pharmacy-related issues impacting resident care and regulatory compliance.

Skills

Active Pharmacy license in Georgia

Immunization certified

3 years of clinical pharmacy practice

1 year of long-term care pharmacy

Education

B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
