Job summary

Talentify is seeking a part-time Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to help ensure a smooth patient journey both onsite and remotely. You will prepare patients, conduct pre-exam tests, and document findings in EMR while guiding patients through remote exam steps when needed.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members are essential. Training is provided and scheduling can include travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in optical/healthcare preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Training provided on company processes and systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and assist onsite/remote optometry visits.
• Explain preliminary testing steps and document results in EMR.
• Support remote eye exams including pre-testing and video conferencing.
• Transition patients to retail staff with treatment plan details.
