As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance clinician satisfaction and streamline day-to-day workflows across the national network.

You will triage clinician inquiries, manage provider preferences, and assist with onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent follow‑through that is proactive and responsive.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing plans and priorities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of organizational knowledge.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with working in EMRs (big plus if eClinicalWorks (eCW)).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinician communication channels for questions and/or escalations, triage and reply, escalate as needed, and close the loop after resolution.
• Process provider preference changes to match patients with providers.
• Manage provider exits and transfers to maintain patient retention.
• Schedule onboarding meetings for new hire clinicians and execute the Onboarding Checklist.
• Assist in schedule management for Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors.
• Complete one-off projects and prepare materials for essential meetings.
