Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to partner with Clinical and Operational leaders, driving clinician satisfaction and operational excellence across our physician network. You’ll manage provider preferences, onboarding, and clinician exits while supporting leadership with scheduling and special projects.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with EMRs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinician communication channels for questions and/or escalations, triage using training resources, reply or escalate to the appropriate team, and close the loop after resolution.
• Process provider preference changes to ensure patients are matched with providers.
• Manage provider exits and transfers to help ensure patient retention.
• Schedule onboarding introduction meetings for new hire clinicians and execute the Onboarding Checklist.
• Assist in schedule management for Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors.
• Complete one-off projects and develop materials for essential meetings as required.
