Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Service Agent to ensure seamless patient and provider experiences by handling inquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will triage tickets, coordinate with clinicians, and keep provider schedules optimized while supporting patients through intake and referrals.

The role involves phone, email, and chat support, plus collaboration via ServiceNow, eClinicalWorks, and Teams. A fast-paced, team-based environment with a commitment to accessibility in mental health

Qualifications

• Experience providing phone, email and chat-based customer service.
• Ability to answer phones and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience scheduling appointments.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (M365); familiarity with Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming inquiries from patients, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies.
• Create and triage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Ensure providers are scheduled for best use of time.
• Schedule appointments in eClinicalWorks.
• Support clinicians via Microsoft Teams for follow-up and referrals.
• Monitor and complete tickets in ServiceNow, inform patients of insurance benefits, respond to inquiries, and attach insurance cards/IDs.
