Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive clinician satisfaction and operational excellence. You will field questions from clinicians, triage, and escalate as needed, while coordinating provider preferences, clinician time-off, onboarding, and exits to minimize administrative burden.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and adaptability to each clinician's needs. Remote across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinician communication channels for questions and escalate as needed until resolution.
• Coordinate provider preferences to ensure patient-provider matches.
• Manage provider exits and transfers to support patient retention.
• Schedule onboarding meetings for new hire clinicians and run onboarding checklist.
• Assist in schedule management for Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors.
• Complete one-off projects and prepare materials for essential meetings.
