Job summary

You will supervise staffing, manage budgets, and ensure policy adherence. The role requires coordinating with regional leadership, guiding quality initiatives, and supporting multiple clinics as needed to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned region and home clinic.
• Ensure patient satisfaction goals and clinical quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coach staff within scope of responsibility.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure staff understand and follow policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain budgets to meet departmental goals.
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff and administrative teams.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Onboard and develop new managers; provide ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate with Director/Regional Director on budget and financial success.
• Lead quality/value-based initiatives and staffing optimization.
• Cover multiple clinics as needed and support clinic administration projects.
