Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience, with 3 in an inpatient or outpatient clinical setting.
• BLS and AAACN certification preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical operations team.
• Coordinate clinical education and staff development.
• supervise and develop staff; drive performance improvement.
• Enhance profitability of assigned areas and participate in Foundation support initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
