Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across hospital teams.

You will design safe clinical systems, oversee staffing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while upholding compliance with nursing regulations and institutional policies. Responsibilities include supervising onboarding, managing budgets and staffing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive performance improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

BSN degree.
Four years of RN experience in a clinical setting.
AHA BLS Registered Nurse - NJ.
Registered Nurse - PA.
Three years related supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs safe clinical systems and assures staff deliver optimum quality of care and customer service.
Manages staffing through preparation and coordination of clinical staff schedules and attendance.
Ensures compliance with State Nurse Practice Act, Board of Nursing regulations, and organizational policies.
Leads quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities.
Oversees onboarding, staff training, and professional development efforts.
