Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required and NYS RN license is required.
• 4-6 years of clinical experience with administrative/management exposure.
• Ability to work with an administrative team as a colleague and as a leader.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and clinical support staff; develop/systemize efficient clinic flow.
• Review medical documentation and clinical care for regulatory compliance.
• Develop triage system for telephone and in-person patient requests; ensure timely handling of urgent needs.
• Monitor and improve the administration and distribution of medications; ensure patient safety.
