Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to six years of clinical experience with demonstrated administrative and management experience.
• Ability to work with an administrative team as a colleague and leader.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare administration and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and clinical support staff and improve clinic flow.
• Review medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop triage systems for telephone and in-person patient requests.
• Implement follow-up systems for lab results and clinical care.
• Develop patient education programs and utilize computerized systems.
• Monitor medication administration and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in outreach and education programs.
• Provide administrative coverage in the absence of physicians or the practice manager.
