Job summary

EventusWholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to coordinate clinical workflows and support the care team across facilities. You will assist APCs and staff with documentation, scheduling, and telehealth visits to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a fast-paced healthcare environment with regular facility travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience highly preferred, medical scribing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring all necessary patient information, documentation, and schedules are ready in advance.
• Support clinicians in delivering care by assisting with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules, including updates for admissions, discharges, and acute changes.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care delivery.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results, diagnostic data, and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for both routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and ensure proper routing of documentation.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate patient census and records.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively within partner facilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
