Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to back the clinical care team across facilities in the Warrenton area. You will coordinate workflows, assist with documentation, and support telehealth visits to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires collaboration with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, engaging in discharge planning, triage, and communication with patients and families. A patient-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/CNA/PCT preferred.
• At least 1 year patient care experience; medical scribing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring patient information and schedules are ready.
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules, admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Act as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support care delivery.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and maintain accurate census and records.
