Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and coordinate a new PHP/IOP outpatient clinic opening Fall 2026. The role focuses on safe, high-quality care, staff supervision, and strategic program delivery across care teams.

The COM drives KPIs, access to care, and continuity of care while maintaining survey-ready operations. A master’s degree in social services and an active clinical license are required, with CPR and NCI certifications pursued

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or a related field.
• Active clinical license issued by the appropriate state licensing board.
• Minimum of four (4) years of clinical direct care experience with evidence-based approaches; at least two (2) years in a psychiatric facility preferred.
• CPR certification required within thirty (30) days of hire; NCI training required within sixty (60) days.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for service delivery.
• Maintain accountability for team performance, productivity and KPIs.
• Promote safety and compliance, including incident review and corrective actions.
• Foster staff development, supervision, and a collaborative team culture.

Education

Master’s degree in social services or a related field

Active clinical license

LCSW licensure preferred
