Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the clinical operations and service delivery across our programs. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, KPI oversight, and ensuring timely access to care with a focus on quality and patient safety.

You will supervise and develop teams, coordinate with care providers, and partner with support departments to optimize outcomes and staff performance while protecting the organization’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or related field with an active clinical license.
• Licensure as appropriate for clinical leadership; supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum years of clinical direct care experience and supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet demand and KPIs.
• Maintain safe, compliant environment and conduct rounding for engagement and problem solving.
• Provide supervision and development for staff; support training initiatives.
• Oversee safety protocols, incident review, and continuous quality improvement.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with support departments for operations.
