Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or a related field with active state license (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience in addiction treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution for safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient demand.
• Maintain accountability for team performance and KPIs.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, survey-ready environment of care.
• Lead monthly team or department meetings and coordinate cross‑team communication.
• Supervise staff development and compliance with licensure requirements.
• Oversee care coordination and continuity across treatment lifecycle.
