Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks a Clinical Operations Leader to direct the COM for the new PHP/IOP outpatient clinic opening Fall 2026. You will coordinate clinical and administrative teams, ensure timely access to care, and uphold quality standards across service delivery.

Responsibilities include staffing, budget oversight, and KPI management, with emphasis on collaboration, patient safety, and continuous improvement in care coordination and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or related field or equivalent.
• Active clinical license issued by the state licensing board.
• Minimum four (4) years of direct clinical care experience; two (2) years in a psychiatric facility preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days; NCI training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution across all functions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accountability for team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Ensure safe, compliant, survey-ready environment of care.
• Maintain program visibility through staff/patient rounding and problem-solving.
• Participate in on-call coverage outside regular hours as needed.
• Lead workforce management and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with support departments on recruitment and training.
