The COM drives planning, deployment, and problem-solving across departments, fostering collaboration and strong community relationships to support organizational excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of clinical direct care experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• AHA CPR certification required within thirty days of hire.
• Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) required within sixty days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution with safe, high-quality service across all functions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, staff models, and resources to meet financial goals.
• Provide clinical or operational supervision and regular performance documentation.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
