Josselyn is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for assigned programs and staff in a hybrid role. You will oversee administrative, clinical and service functions to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery, including monitoring documentation, workflows, staff productivity, and operational performance.

You will supervise up to 5 clinical staff, coach on administrative responsibilities, and collaborate with clinical supervisors

Qualifications

• Licensed for independent clinical practice in Illinois in mental health or related field is listed as a requirement in the qualifications.
• Experience in administrative, supervisory and organizational roles is required.
• Experience leading staff, coordinating schedules, training employees, or overseeing daily workflows is expected.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, reporting dashboards, and basic data tracking is required.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of up to 5 clinical staff, ensuring compliance with productivity requirements, assessments, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clinical staff regarding administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring adherence to organizational procedures.
• Partner with Clinical Supervisors to ensure compliance with administrative requirements including productivity standards, documentation timeliness, caseload management, scheduling, and related activities.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Quality Improvement to address quality concerns and implement corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies.
• Partner with Clinical Supervisors in completing annual performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership team to address performance issues.
• Be available to handle crisis requests for clinical and front desk staff.
• Analyze, monitor and provide oversight of clinical operations data and reports from Data Analyst.
• Develop, maintain and update policies, procedures and compliance-related documentation to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Model and uphold Josselyn’s values, confidentiality, client rights, safety, incident reporting and other responsibilities.
