Job summary

JCMG in Jefferson City, MO, seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical and ancillary services, focusing on process improvement, personnel management, cost containment, and revenue enhancement. You will develop annual goals, manage budgets, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive best-in-class operations across clinics, while guiding staff performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in healthcare/medical practice administration.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual goals and objectives to meet strategic and financial objectives of JCMG.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Board of Directors Physicians, Executive Staff, Management, staff).
• Work with leadership to develop operating plans and budgets, implement best practices and grow the business.
• Communicate the strategic vision to clinical and ancillary staff and ensure execution.
• Drive best-in-class operations, logistics, services and solutions while maintaining policies.
