This role requires Nursing background and strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning recruitment support, performance reviews, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel, Word and budgeting skills.
• Experience in clinical or medical practice management preferred.
• Leadership and project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of assigned medical practices and supervise staff.
• Improve clinical workflows and patient throughput.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff development with HR and Clinical Development.
• Monitor annual performance reviews and staffing budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
