HealthOp Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at a primary care location, ensuring efficient workflows and a patient-centered experience. You will lead clinical and administrative staff, collaborate with providers, and drive high-quality service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with a focus on staff development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma required.
• Prior medical office management or clinic leadership experience required.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative healthcare staff preferred.
• Knowledge of primary care or outpatient workflows.
• Familiarity with eCW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and other team members.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and HR-related responsibilities.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and support EMR workflows.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor operational metrics, patient satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance.
• Address and resolve escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.
