Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient data: demographics, insurance, referrals.
• Answer calls, triage, document messages in software.
• Greet visitors and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate scheduling for colonoscopies, EGDs, surgeries (pre/post-transplant).
• Collaborate with transplant service lines and CBOR leadership.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow policies.
• Provide coverage for co-workers when needed.
