Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Officer to provide supervision and guidance, ensuring clinical and administrative operations run efficiently across assigned programs. The CO will work with the Director, CCO, and stakeholders to improve access, quality, and compliance with standards.

The role requires a Master's degree and QMHP eligibility, plus strong analytical and communication skills to support strategic plans and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and QMHP eligibility required.
• Ability to conduct analytical evaluations and communicate with the Chief Clinical Officer and stakeholders.
• Clinically privileged status with FCC Behavioral Health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned programs to ensure operations meet CARF, DMH, and contractual standards.
• Review and approve annual program plans before Executive Team submission.
• Assist with Strategic Plan development and monitor progress with the Director.
• Address access, efficiency, effectiveness, and patient experience with leadership and action plans.
• Provide feedback to the Chief Clinical Officer and communicate policy changes to programs.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Fiscal, and Administrative teams; liaise with departments.
• Support clinical enhancements using evidence-based practices and ensure timely PQI tasks.
