Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Partners seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee clinical programs across the organization. You will ensure operations meet regulatory requirements, maintain quality, and align with timelines, staffing, and budgets.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, a current LMHP license in Louisiana, and at least two years of clinical experience in an IOP. Travel between Baton Rouge and Covington may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to travel between Genesis locations: Baton Rouge and Covington.
• Current, unrestricted LMHP license in Louisiana.
• Minimum two years of qualifying clinical experience providing behavioral health services in an IOP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage clinical programs in alignment with policies, protocols, and timelines.
• Provide 10–12 clinical hours weekly while maintaining oversight of clinical quality and documentation.
• Supervise case management, education, discharge planning, intake, referral, and admission processes.
• Ensure timely completion of all clinical documentation.
• Lead and supervise clinical staff and interns, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and orientation in partnership with HR and Recruitment.
• Manage disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Oversee staff scheduling, ensuring alignment with program guidelines.
• Ensure licensure, compliance, and regulatory deadlines are met; prepare documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain adequate program staffing levels to meet client needs.
• Monitor program budgets and expenses; implement cost-control measures as needed.
• Oversee billing accuracy and payment processes.
• Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and EMR recordkeeping.
• Audit documentation regularly and implement corrective action plans for deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Admissions Team to track census data, attendance, and discharge metrics.
• Identify operational challenges and develop proactive solutions to maintain program quality.
