Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to support clinical, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality care across programs. The role mentors staff, promotes best practices, and may provide direct care under supervision, coordinating admissions, billing, scheduling, and documentation with treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in compliance with state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical mental health services, especially within community-based settings.
• Leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• May provide direct care services to assigned clients and document per standards.
• Model professional standards and timely documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to support care coordination.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including marketing, admissions, billing, and staff scheduling.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and orientation of staff.
• Support annual regional strategic plan and budget tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Provide licensure supervision for staff pursuing licensure.
