Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active and unrestricted Behavioral Health License from BBHE.
• At least 5 years of broad management experience in a behavioral health or social service agency.
• At least 6 years of supervising counseling or social/human services programs.
• Extensive staff supervision, training, and managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge of BMFL regulations and clinical service requirements.

About the Role:

At SAGE Counseling, the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) serves as the senior executive responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and strategy within the healthcare organization. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by integrating clinical best practices with organizational goals. The CCO leads clinical teams, drives innovation in care delivery, and fosters collaboration across departments to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters degree, or higher, from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling, education, social work, criminal justice, human services, or a management field.
