Job summary

EMC Behavioral Health seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical staff, supervise QMHP-CS services, and ensure high-quality care across locations. You will partner with operations to improve access, scheduling, and workflows while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and performance improvement with potential for advancement into senior clinical leadership roles. Active Texas licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure behavioral health experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians or leading clinical teams.
• Working knowledge of case management/TCM service delivery and QMHP-CS supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to assigned clinical staff.
• Oversee and support case management operations to meet documentation, supervision, and compliance standards.
• Partner with the Case Manager Supervisor on case review and staff development.
• Support quality assurance, documentation reviews, and audit readiness across clinical and case management functions.
• Assist with policy implementation and clinical best practices.
