Job summary

Unison Health seeks a Training Specialist to support implementation, delivery, and coordination of agency-wide clinical training and professional development. You will work under the Clinical Training Director to onboard staff, deliver trainings, and support workforce development across residential facilities at Unison.

You will collaborate with Clinical Leadership, HR, and Compliance to ensure trainings meet evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and regulatory standards while maintaining content

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is preferred.
• Active clinical license is preferred.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized training programs for residential programs (CSU, QRTP, CWC, Dani’s Place).
• Deliver evidence-based training on behavior management, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.
• Train staff on clinical documentation standards, EHR systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain CPI certification and lead crisis prevention, intervention, and de-escalation training.
• Lead monthly booster trainings on clinical skills and emergencies.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, competency tracking, and training completion.
