Stealth HealthTech Startup seeks a Client Onboarding Implementation Lead to guide our Onboarding pod and own onboarding for our most complex clients. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to scale onboarding as we grow, ensuring smooth activation and set-up for new healthcare partners.

You will lead kickoff calls, unblock blockers, and drive playbook-driven onboarding, mentoring teammates and building leaders in a fast-paced hack-forward culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding or customer success teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow leaders within a pod.
• Strong track record of driving onboarding throughput and reducing blockers.
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments and ambiguity.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and patient impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Onboarding pod, manage workflows and people.
• Serve as escalation point to unblock clients and teammates.
• Run kickoff calls with new clients and set expectations.
• Own onboarding for high-priority and complex clients.
• Remove process roadblocks to accelerate onboarding velocity.
• Develop onboarding playbooks and scale processes for growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with leadership.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new pod members.
• Mentor and develop team members to leaders.
• Inspire the team with high-velocity execution.
