Responsibilities

• Coordinates operational workflow of clinical office staff. Distributes workload and staff assignments for optimum efficiency.
• Assists supervisor with human resource responsibilities (interviews, onboarding, staff development, performance feedback).
• Performs clerical duties (reception, scheduling, data entry, billing, medical records, filing).
• Serves as a resource for department personnel and physicians regarding policies and processes.
• May schedule calendars, travel, training, and meetings; coordinate related logistics.
