Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and supervise direct care staff.

• Document accurately and coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Oversee RN delegation and staff education.
• Ensure compliance with DHS 83 and DHS 89 regulations.
• Support quality transitions and incident reporting as needed.
