Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the SouthPark 7 Primary Care team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role supports the Primary Care team with direct patient care, triage, and care coordination from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will assess patients, administer medications, document in the EHR, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited school.
• Current state RN license.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications preferred.
• Hepatitis B vaccination and TB testing required.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing experience.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care including assessment, treatment, and care planning.
• Assist physicians and coordinate patient care.
• Document data in EHR and maintain records.
• Perform triage and route patients to appropriate care.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients on health management and insulin use.
