Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned telephone triage RN to support the Patient Access & Care Team: NC/GA Nursing in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role requires 5+ years of patient-facing nursing experience, BSN preferred, and an active RN license in the applicable state with SC licensure as needed.

The position emphasizes accurate triage, clinical decision support, and clear patient communication, with a 40-hour workweek from 07:30 to 17:30, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred and current RN license in applicable state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs telephone triage with diverse patient population.
• Assesses needed care and collaborates to provide clinical solutions.
• Provides comprehensive nursing assessment in an untraditional nursing environment.
• Notifies practices/physician/managed care of encounters.
• Participates in team conferences and educates patients.
• Notifies leadership of operational concerns.
