Job summary
Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator-Department Based for the CNICU at Edward Hospital. This part-time 0.3 FTE role includes direct patient care and serving as a clinical resource while delivering bedside education and mentorship to nursing staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; or diploma with health-related bachelor's.
- Current Illinois nursing licensure and active certifications; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
- Minimum five years of clinical experience in medical settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care when needed.
- Serve as clinical mentor and role model for staff.
- Coordinate education with Clinical Nurse Manager and other leaders.
- Lead unit-based education and competency development.
- Organize in-services for new products and practices.
- Support onboarding and retention initiatives.
