Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for the ICU at Edward Hospital in Naperville. This part-time (0.3 FTE) position combines direct patient care with staff education and mentorship, reporting to the Director of Nursing Professional Development.

The role focuses on developing, coaching, and mentoring nursing staff, ensuring clinical proficiency, and supporting unit safety, quality outcomes, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of ICU clinical experience required.
• Illinois nursing license and current certifications.
• Ability to provide staff education and on-unit training.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as needed while teaching staff.
• Act as clinical mentor and role model.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Manager to assess staff education needs.
• Develop unit-based competency requirements.
• Onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Lead unit council development and safety initiatives.
