Endeavor Health's Elmhurst Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Educator for the 5th Floor Medical Unit. This role combines direct patient care with staff development, nursing education, and bedside coaching to uplift clinical practice.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing Professional Development, you will mentor staff, lead unit-based education, and partner with Clinical Managers to align training with patient safety and performance goals.

Qualifications

• :o) Education and licensure as required by Illinois for Nursing Educator roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing and current IL licensure; specialty certs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for staff.
• Lead unit-based education and on-unit in-services.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Manager to assess education needs.
• Support role transition and competency development.
