Endeavor Health's Edward Hospital in Naperville seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Cath Lab to provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will act as department charge nurse, manage staffing, lead daily huddles, and drive quality, education and regulatory initiatives.

BSN required; Illinois RN license; BLS/ACLS; 3 years clinical nursing and 2 years supervisory experience; full-time days.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license required.
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 3 years clinical nursing and 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff.
• Serve as department charge nurse: staffing, patient flow, bed placement.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate department priorities.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and day-to-day staffing needs.
• Support education, quality improvement and regulatory initiatives.
