• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management according to productivity guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies management.
• Provide training recommendations and actions for staff development and discipline where needed.
