The CNC directs nursing care with the management team, serves as a resource for staff, and supports nursing initiatives and patient outcomes. This role requires RN licensure and relevant experience.

Qualificações

• RN license required within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.
• 3 years of relevant nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Directs, monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Serves as a resource for staff and models the organization’s mission and values.
• Collaborates to create teamwork that improves outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Manages staffing scheduling and labor in line with productivity guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and supplies management.
