Qualificações

• RN license required or pending
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care
• Collaborate with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care
• Help create a teamwork-focused environment to improve outcomes
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed
• Support nursing strategies and staff engagement initiatives
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and staff development decisions
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management
• Support inventory control and supplies management
