Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.
• No travel required; minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Assess quality of patient care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to create teamwork environments.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Engage in nursing initiatives to improve engagement and patient experience.
• Participate in interviewing, training, and ongoing staff development activities.
• Assist with staff scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Help manage inventory and supplies to support unit operations.
