Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Clinical RN Coordinator Med Surg Internal Medicine to lead nursing teams and coordinate patient care across shifts. You will collaborate with management to monitor quality, support service delivery, and advance clinical outcomes.

The CNC will guide staff, participate in admissions and discharges, and help implement nursing strategies, staffing decisions, and training to sustain a patient-centered, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN diploma/associates degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborates with managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies to improve engagement (hourly rounds, etc.).
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff, and handles performance actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
