PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Clinical Navigator in Business Development. This role focuses on cultivating referral relationships, managing a territory, and supporting the referral and admission process within a rehabilitation-focused facility.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing or respiratory therapy license with at least 2 years of experience in the designated field, and marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
• Completes patient assessments and makes sales contacts.
• Analyzes referral and admission data for the territory.
• Collaborates with Admissions Manager and nursing/staff to facilitate referrals and admissions.
• Provides feedback for program development and quality improvement in customer service and referral process.
