Job summary

South Suburban Surgical Suites in Munster, Indiana, is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to ensure seamless operation of our ASC and to lead surgical teams across orthopedics and neuro/spine procedures.

You will partner with physicians and healthcare professionals, drive budgeting and resource planning, uphold clinical standards, and mentor staff. RN license required, BSN preferred, with OR/critical care supervision experience strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical management or leadership role.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Strong budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Familiarity with standards/regulations for clinical settings (e.g., ISO).
• Proficient with patient management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
