Summit ASC Franklin Square, part of United Surgical Partners International, Inc., is seeking a Clinical RN Manager to drive the smooth operation of our surgical center and lead a team across multiple specialties.

The role emphasizes weekday coverage with no holidays or weekends, some later evenings, and a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate. Maryland RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Solid budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless operation of the facility and surgical procedures across specialties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality care.
• Lead and supervise nursing and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgeting and resource planning for OR/CCU.
