Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Ortho Spine Institute Operating Room in Skokie. The role carries 24-hour accountability for nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, and department management in a fast-paced OR setting.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (MSN preferred), IL RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with prior management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• IL RN license and CPR/BLS through AHA.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; prior management experience preferred.
• Competencies are unit/specialty specific; strong communication and leadership skills.
