• Education: Associate degree in nursing required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Advanced clinical or business education is preferred.
• Licensure: Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN-IN).
• A minimum of three years of related healthcare experience, or educational equivalency, where proficiency with coding systems - such as ICD-9-CM, CPT-4 (HCPCS) - was attained, is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operational support functions of the assigned facility in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
• Respond to daily clinical and operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent or unavailable.
