South Suburban Surgical Suites, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with physicians, and high-quality patient care.

The candidate should be a registered nurse with a BSN preferred, and bring OR/critical care and supervisory experience, plus budgeting and staff development skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school with an active RN license.
• BSN preferred and state license current.
• Experience in OR/critical care and supervisory roles.
• Strong budgeting, resourcing and performance skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless operation of the ASC and cross-specialty procedures.
