The South Bend Clinic is seeking an Registered Nurse Manager for the Surgery Center at Eddy Street Campus in South Bend, IN. This full-time leadership role oversees daily clinical and operational functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while guiding staff and resources to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, performance management, and collaboration with physicians to optimize outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in Indiana.
• CPR, PALS, and ACLS Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily clinical and operational functions of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and patient safety standards while maintaining survey readiness.
• Lead quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Direct clinical staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workflow to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise clinical staff in collaboration with Human Resources and leadership.
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, medication management, and narcotic accountability.
